Fempower is on a mission to empower 1 million women across the globe to pursue aspiring careers, build thriving businesses, have higher representation in public governance, become a better version of themselves, and empower others. 

We execute our mission by bringing together renowned executives,  mentors, and leaders across the globe, both male and female, to help our female community to unlock its full potential and pursue the next level, whatever it is for each member of our community.

We are just starting and we have such a long and rewarding journey ahead, we could not have been more excited about it.

What is Fempower?

Fempower stands for Female Empowerment. It is a business-oriented environment built by females to empower those who need it, regardless of where they are – doing the first steps or having reached a certain level in their professional life.

Fempower is for:

  • young and aspiring females, who are determined to create impact;
  • mid-career professionals who want to make drastic changes in their professional lives;
  • women of all ages, races, religions, and sexuality who believe they need inspiration and empowerment to become a better version of themselves and help others to feel empowered.

As part of our first initiative, the Fempower team holds 4 monthly sessions for registered female founders, who seek business advice on customer building, product development, team management, and other aspects of starting and scaling a business.
